Review of the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006
A review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act has been completed.
The Department of Health developed a discussion paper in April 2011 as a basis for consultation with key stakeholders and the community. The call for submissions in response to the discussion paper closed on Friday, 10 June 2011.
The Final Report on the Review of the WA Tobacco Products Control Act 2006 was tabled before each House of Parliament on 27 September 2012.
