Licensing and General Requirements

The brochure below provides general information about some of the requirements of the laws relating to licensing, tobacco displays and tobacco advertisements that are contained in the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006 (the Act) and the Tobacco Products Control Regulations 2006 (the Regulations).

An Information Kit providing more detailed information will be provided when licenses are issued.

Licensing Forms

To assist in communicating the new licensing requirements to sellers of tobacco products, application forms, application guide, and other information brochures have been produced. These will be mailed out to tobacco retailers by 25 May 2007 as part of a licensing application kit, and can be viewed below and downloaded if required.
